The purpose of the Program is to increase the level of business training of managers through the processes of JSC "NAC "Kazatomprom" (strategy, marketing, Economics, project management, production management, personnel management, industrial safety), as well as to provide applied knowledge on managing work processes, time, effectively communicate with stakeholders and motivate staff.

3. The program of the electronic course "Risk Management" (distance learning)

The e-course on "Risk Management" covers practical tools and corresponds to an 8-hour full-time course. This course is aimed at studying the systematic approach to risk assessment adopted around the world, as well as at reviewing situations in the company's operational and project activities in which risk assessment is required. The main target audience of the course is senior and middle managers, as well as specialists.

* Algorithm for recording the transmission of information about minor injury. The investigation of minor wounds and minor accidents.
