Main activities: Production of caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide, used in the uranium mining and processing, as well as chlorine for the production of rare metals and chemicals.
KAP Technology Limited Liability Partnership was established on June 30, 2006 based on communication departments of the mining administrations and NAC Kazatomprom JSC.

The main activity of KAP Technology LLP is provision Kazatomprom’s enterprises with local and corporate telephone communication, data transmission and VHF radio communication.
Korgan-Kazatomprom Limited Liability Partnership was established on March 2, 2006.

Korgan-Kazatomprom LLP performs the following security activities:
1.Protecting life, health and property of individuals, as well as property of legal entities from security incidents (security services).
2. Protecting life and health of personnel and property, also during its transportation;
SKZ-U Limited Liability Partnership was founded in August, 2007.
Stakeholders: NAC Kazatomprom JSC, SAP-Japan Corporation and Uranium One.
SKZ-U LLP is the operator of a sulfuric acid plant in Zhanakorgan district of Kyzylorda region. The plant was built in 2011 to ensure the uranium industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan with sulfuric acid, which is the main reagent in the in-situ leaching technology.
LLP "Trade and transport company" was established on April 10, 2006 in order to improve the efficiency of operational management and control over timely logistics and freight forwarding services of enterprises of JSC "NAC"Kazatomprom".
LLP “TTC” provides railway transportation, transportation and processing of cargoes for the enterprises of system of JSC "NAC "Kazatomprom" according to their monthly orders.
Currently, the structure of LLP "TTK" includes:
- branch "Centralized transshipment base", located in the village of Taukent, Suzak district, Turkestan region;
Volkovgeology Joint Stock Company has been a part of Kazatomprom since 1997.

Volkovgeology JSC is a successor of Volkov Geological Exploration Expedition in all the areas of production activities, established on January 1, 1948, in accordance with the Order of the USSR Minister of Geology, with the responsibilities for searching and prospecting uranium ores in the territory of Kazakhstan.
Ukrainian-Kazakh-Russian Closed Joint-Stock Company UKRTVS was founded and registered in Ukraine in September 2001.
Shareholders: LLC «Weiss trade», Kazatomprom and TVEL JSC.
UKRTVS CJSC JV was established to provide Ukrainian nuclear power plants with VVER-1000 nuclear fuel, improvement and development of the nuclear fuel cycle in Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan, the preservation and development of existing production and the creation of new production and technological links between enterprises of Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan.
International Uranium Enrichment Center Joint Stock Company was founded on September 5, 2007.
Founders: Rosatom State Corporation, NAC Kazatomprom JSC, Nuclear Fuel State Concern and Armenian Nuclear Power Plant CJSC.
IUEC JSC is the international center for providing nuclear fuel cycle services, including enrichment under IAEA supervision on the basis of non-discriminatory access.
Uranium Enrichment Center JSC was founded on October 12, 2006.
