On February 17-18, Kazakhstan Nuclear University organized a seminar on the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use" in Shymkent with the involvement of the main experts of the Department of Subsoil Use of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The urgency of the seminar is dictated by the forthcoming entry into force in June 2018 of the Code of the same name, which provides a new approach to regulating the subsoil use sector, in particular in accordance with norms and norms, subsoil use, ensuring the availability of geological information, simplifying the procedure for granting subsoil use rights, industrial safety during subsoil operations, stimulating investment in the processing of solid minerals and other s questions.
