The purpose of the Program is to increase the level of business training of managers through the processes of JSC "NAC "Kazatomprom" (strategy, marketing, Economics, project management, production management, personnel management, industrial safety), as well as to provide applied knowledge on managing work processes, time, effectively communicate with stakeholders and motivate staff.
